Phil started NOG with Don in November of 1996. Phil was originally raised north of Chicago, IL, just as Brian, and transplanted to TX. I guess they were destined to meet and work together, being transplanted at the same time, with the same interests.
Phil runs a small media production company in San Antonio, TX, Apollo Media. He is currently working with his new band, the World War V.
